Curbside Pickup at Deep Roots Harvest

How Curbside Pickup Works

The process begins when you place your order online through our ordering platform, selecting one of these two locations as your pickup destination. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive detailed check-in instructions along with your order number and estimated pickup time. When you arrive, simply park in one of the clearly designated curbside pickup spaces and follow the posted signage to check in.

After you check in, a crew member will prepare your verified order and bring it directly to your vehicle. There is no need to enter the store, wait in line, or navigate a busy retail floor. Our team is trained to assist with any last-minute questions or guidance right at your car window. Curbside pickup hours at both Blue Diamond and Parkson run daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Step-by-Step Curbside Pickup Process

We have designed the curbside experience to be as simple and intuitive as possible. Here is the complete process from start to finish:

• Place your order online, selecting either the Blue Diamond or Parkson location as your pickup destination
• Receive your order confirmation with your unique order number, estimated pickup time, and check-in instructions
• Drive to the location and park in a designated curbside pickup space, clearly marked with signage
• Check in upon arrival following the instructions in your confirmation so our team knows you are ready
• Receive your order at your vehicle as a crew member brings your verified, packaged products directly to you

Drive-thru hours at Cheyenne vary by day: Thursday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM; Sunday through Wednesday, 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
