Deep Roots Harvest Rewards Program Update: 6-Month Rolling Expiration
At Deep Roots Harvest, we are committed to continually enhancing the experience of our Rewards members. As our program evolves, we want to ensure that it remains clear, easy to navigate, and aligned with the needs of our customers. With that in mind, we are introducing an update to our rewards expiration policy that will take effect at the beginning of next year.
Starting January 1, 2026, Deep Roots Harvest will transition from a 12-month rolling rewards expiration to a 6-month rolling expiration period. This adjustment is part of our ongoing effort to refine and simplify our program, making it more intuitive for members to track, redeem, and enjoy their rewards throughout the year.
Below, we have outlined the details of the update, what it means for you, and how we are supporting members through this transition.
Why the Rewards Expiration Policy Is Changing
By shortening the redemption window, we aim to ensure that rewards are used closer to when they are earned — making your benefits feel more immediate and more reflective of your recent shopping activity. This update also simplifies the program by offering a more predictable, easy-to-follow timeline, reducing confusion and helping members stay engaged with their available rewards.
Ultimately, this change keeps the program fresh, transparent, and aligned with how our customers prefer to interact with their points.
How the New Policy Works
Beginning January 1, 2026, all new points earned through the Deep Roots Harvest Rewards Program will remain valid for 6 months from the date they are added to your account. After 6 months, unused points will automatically expire.
Here are a few examples of how the updated rolling window applies:
- Points earned on February 10, 2026 will expire on August 10, 2026.
- Points earned on May 3, 2026 will expire on November 3, 2026.
Each set of points will follow its own 6-month timeline. Your rewards balance will continue to appear in your account, and if you have points approaching their expiration date, you will receive reminders in advance. Our goal is to ensure transparency and provide members with ample time to redeem.
